Scheduled Hardware Upgrade - Downtime announcement

Dear Client,

It is our goal to provide you with consistently reliable and secure hosting services.  In an effort to allow us to continually improve technology resources, while minimizing disruptions, RofyHost has established a regulary scheduled time to perform systems maintenance and hardware migration/upgrades. 


The scheduled downtime window for a hardware upgrade / four servers migration to a NEW cutting edge hardware node is Saturday 18 th from 22:00pm to 24:00am GMT time.

Your site may not be accessible during this time, but all data and configurations will be migrated AS IS without any loss for you.


Please note that during emergency situations, support systems may be unavailable during times outside of the normal maintenance window.  We make every effort to minimize disruptions.

Today we have upgraded our support system to the latest version of KAYAKO the best support solution ever.

The new system will provide each user with a flexible interface to submit support requests, monitor progress, search knowledge base articles, make comments and more.

The system is integrated into our billing system allowing users to login automatically without having to enter a different user name/password.
